Each session begins with comprehensive history-taking — including current symptoms, medical history, medications, and family history. This is followed by a complete neurological examination assessing cranial nerves, reflexes, muscle strength, sensation, coordination, and balance.
Based on the findings, the doctor will discuss the diagnosis with you, explain potential causes, and recommend a treatment plan or further tests if needed.
